QCS-10A-2 bottle blower have equipped with advanced PLC control system, which is designed specially for Smargon series stretch-blow molding machine. This system will control the whole bottle production process, and all settings are interfaced through a user-friendly "soft-touch" pad with time-control precision up to 0.01 second.


High quality pneumatic element with long using life
Pneumatic Package is the source for machine movements. Machine’s driving and bottle’s blowing are all driven by pneumatic elements and controlled precisely by advanced PLC system. Elements of famous brand (Festo, SMC, Bosch & Lucifer) are equipped on QCS-10A-2 to reduce the noise level, save the energy and ensure to produce high quality containers.

Reliable designed clamping system with perfect performance QCS-10A-2 bottle blower has adopted three-plate type toggle clamping system, which can provide powerful clamping force to meet high-pressure blowing requirement up to 35bar. At the same time, the system has also included ideal adjusting unit to adjust the distance between front & middle mold-plate and the stretch-seal cylinder’s position to suit to different mold’s installation.

Plenty of assistant unit with high flexibility
QCS-10A-2 bottle blower has been designed multi assistant unit to increase machine’s flexibility, including air storage unit to keep the air pressure’s stability, grease lubricating unit to reduce mechanical parts’ wear & tear, and multi-purpose air entry unit to meet compressed air’s both high-pressure single entry mode and high-pressure & low-pressure double entry mode.

Reliable safety unit to ensure both machine and operator’s safety .
In order to ensure safety, QCS-10A-2 has installed twin startup switches on machine’s two sides. Only pressing the two switches at the same time can start up the machine. In addition, there is also Emergency Stop button on QCS-10A-2 to urgently stop machine during abnormal condition.

To match with QCS-10A-2 bottle blower, there are two kinds of preform reheater available: QCS-18 and QCS-20, both of which use infrared type lamp as heating element and pneumatic driving system for preform moving. Through different matching project between QCS-10A-2 blower and QCS reheater, you can carry out different production purpose and capacity.

Powerful heating capacity to ensure the PET preform get perfect heating result
QCS series preform reheater adopts infrared type lamp as heating element. The infrared has powerful thermal-radiation capacity, which can heat the preform to required condition in a very short time. At the same time, the infrared’s thermal-penetrability also ensures the preform’s inside and surface get uniform heating synchronistically.

Independent heating control system with high precision and convenient adjustment.
QCS series preform reheater has adopted independent temperature control unit for each heating zone to create ideal heating condition for various preform. Each heating lamp has its own voltage regulator, which will control heating lamps’ heating voltage and keep the lamp working on stable voltage condition. At the same time, it adopts LED display to show the voltage value to be also convenient for voltage inspection and adjustment.

Ideal cooling design with multi cooling function
QCS series preform reheater has equipped with air-cooling and water-cooling device for preform loader’s cooling, to remove the remaining heat on the loader to prevent the preform neck from over-heated and deformation. At the same time, reliable air exhausting system has been placed on the reheater to keep stable heating temperature during long time continuous preform heating process.


Reasonable driving system for preform moving
QCS series preform reheater has adopted pneumatic cylinder driving system with time-relay control for preform moving. Every hour, QCS preform reheater can output heated PET preform up to1400 pcs, which is very ideal to match with two sets of bottle blowers to get high bottle production capacity.


Multi adjusting device with high flexibility
QCS series preform reheater has equipped with multi adjusting device to increase the machine’s flexibility. With these device, you can adjust the heating channels width and height very easy to match with preform’s different neck size and neck height. In addition, the mouth of air exhausting system has also designed as adjustable to meet different heating condition.


Plenty of assistant unit for easy operation
For convenient usage, QCS series preform reheater has designed plenty of assistant unit, including centralized type cooling water supply system, portable base unit for machine’s convenient moving, reliable air entry unit and so on, which has simplified the customer’s usage and convenient the operation.
