QCS-10A-20 is a kind of manual Stretch-Blow Molding Machine and specially designed to produce gallon bottle up to 5-gallon, as well as jumbo wide mouth jar up to 20L. With QCS-10A-20, you can produce 5gallon bottle up to 80 bottles per hour.

Each set of QCS-10A-20 is made up of two parts: Bottle Blower and Infrared type Preform Reheater. Thereinto, the reheater is in charge of heating the PET preform to suitable soft condition for blowing; and the blower will finish the whole bottle blowing process, including sealing, stretching, blowing, exhausting and blow mold’s moving, controlled by advanced PLC control system.
