Bollows are the standard operation steps of QCS-10A-2 Stretch-Blow Molding Machine’s bottle production process:

Step One: Put finish preform onto reheating unit’s aluminum rotary discs pair by pair The aluminum rotary discs will carry the preform onto the reheating unit’s annular type heating channels, where the preform will be heated under setup temperature. After one trip on the heating channels, the discs will carry the heated preform out of the heating channels.

Step Two: Take out a pair of heated preform from the reheating unit and put them onto blow mold |

Step Three: Press two Startup buttons at the
same time. The machine will begin automatic
bottle blowing process as following:
1st) ... . Mold Closing... ... 2nd) . . . Sealing
3rd) . . . Stretching ... ...... 4th) . . . Blowing
5th) . . . Mold Opening |

Step Four: Take out two finish bottles from the blow mold

| Step Five: Put another pair of preform onto reheating unit’s aluminum rotary discs and go on next bottle blowing cycle |
